Do I need a code?
No. From November 26 to November 30 the App Store shows the sale price, so you buy it as usual.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and keep it, with every update. There's no account and no in-app purchase.
What about other countries?
The sale runs in every country where the app is sold. The App Store sets each country's sale price from the US one, rounded to that country's price steps, so the discount is about the same everywhere, a little smaller or larger in some countries.
What happens after November 30?
The price goes back to $4.99 on December 1. A purchase made during the sale is the same as any other, with the same updates.
